In India law regarding rape & rapist is very clear & it has been held by various High courts & even the Supreme court in various judgments that any person who is found guilty for rape will not get benefit for if he agrees to marry the victim girl, he still has to face the punishment of the same degree which even if he didn’t make any such offer.
