my cousin that had the encounter with the 'dragon' seems to be experiencing other things in her home.
she felt something on her feet last night and her shoes had been moved this morning!!
herself and her partner have both had the same dream about their baby floating past the bedroom door, i dont know if this has anything to with the 'dragon'.

Well I didn't read any dragon story but I can give them a few pointers on what to do.
As far as being haunted by evil spirit, its very rare for this to happen. I'm not calling your bluff or anything, this can happen it just a very rare situation.
Ok, try this, get a voice recorder like a DVR (digital voice recorder). In the home make sure all is quiet. Start the recorder then ask question like "is any one here" "why are youu here" "what is your name" "are you causing our dreams, if so what do they mean" etc. Be sure to leave 20 to 30 seconds of silience in between each question so if the spirit says anything you can hear it. You may have to try thing several times before you get any responses.

I would be saying my prayers, blessing the house or moving out... If this is in fact going on in thir home there is no doubt a entity that is out of our realm inhabiting the place...
I would suggest contacting psychic investigators, a memeber of clergy or , safest of all ~ move out of the house, and pray it doesn't follow them ! The paranormal is not something to play around with... They may want to search for answers of the house's history to see what is causing this entity to inhabit it; or as I said, I'd get out of there ~ before more encounters occur ! GOOD LUCK !

IF they are a Christian, there is NOTHING in the world that can harm them. We have ALL POWER and Authority over Evil and Satan through the shed blood of Christ Jesus. There are evil spirits BUT GOD has said with His own mouth.
"TOUCH NOT MINE Anointed" Rebuke it in the Name of Jesus Christ, and Tell it to leave and get behind you. An evil spirit cannot harm you, BUT if you are not careful you will cause harm to yourself. it doesnt have anything to do with the evil spirit...but we can say that this dream is warning them from something...or they are really hounted by evil spirit like you said

There are no spirits. Her mind is playing tricks on her. It's not uncommon.
