working with it but I dont know about programming. I hear this C++; VB's etc but do not know if it is a software like excel, word, publisher etc. Can somebody help me please. want to know how to start ie, you install etc programme; open the programme and start writing your programme with it etc.

C++ is a computer language, so is C, Pascal, php, perl, Visual basic (VB), C#, Java, etc.
Some programming languages are "compiled" languages and some are "interpreted."
Compiled languages need a program called a 'compiler' to translate them from something you wrote to something the computer can understand. Examples of compiled languages would be C, C++, C#.
Interpreted languages need a program called an interpreter to operate.
In either case, you need to write your program in a text editor of some kind. There are specialized text editors that understand the syntax of a computer language and how files are related to make doing this much easier. An example of a free one that runs on many computers is called Eclipse (see www.eclipse.org). It is a good way to start programming in Java, C, or C++.
Once you have written your program, you need a compiler or interpreter to get your program to run. There are a wide variety of these. Eclipse comes with these for the languages it supports.

C++ and VB are languages, not software. You don't "install" or "run" a language - you "speak" it (in a way). You write your programs in a particular language, then use a compiler or interpreter to turn that into something the computer can understand. Then you let the machine do the rest ;)
There are many different approaches to programming, so it is impossible to give step-by-step "how-to" instructions unless you are more specific about the particular language and platform you are programming with.

java, c++ and VB are programming languages. There are different programs that you can use to write and compile this language.
Usually the code itself can be done with ANY text editor(like notepad), and then use another program called "compiler" to turn it into a working .exe file.
There are also programs that have these text editors, compilers and several other tools included, and i suggest using those.
VB(visual basic) is quite good for beginners. It's not very advanced, but it's easy to write your first windows program with.
So basically:
1. Buy and install program (google for Visual basic or Visual Studio).
2. Write your first program.
3. Compile it to .exe file
4. done.
I also suggest you get some beginners programming book and read it, otherwise it may be too hard task.

Notepad and internet browser.
Start with HTML then add Javascript and maybe Visual Basic.
Whilst these are scripting languages and not compiled programming languages like C, C++ and Java it will give you a good introduction.

every programming language comes with a compiler that can compile your program means...make it machine understandable....
for c++.....there are many different compilers out there like turbo C/c++, GCC, Bloodshed dev C++
VB - you need Miscrosoft Visual studio that will include all you need to progrtam in VB ,VC++,etc
if you use linux... gcc compiler for c++ is inbuilt in to it...just compilee it...read sopme faqs on net....

first of all u have some basic knowlege of logic of any programming like c, c++. You go though any programming book study program and run on ur pc. this is the best way to learn programming.
