By inner part I mean the entire body where you take out to refill it. Its stuck in the shell and I can't get it out. How can I get it out without damaging it?

Send it to Zippo. Every Zippo lighter has a lifetime guaranty. All you do is mail it to them and they will fix whatever is wrong with it. (This is if the WD40 and needle nose pliers don't work first.)
IF you do mail it to Zippo you will get it back in 3 weeks or so. They will replace the hinge pin and ship a new insert back with your old one too.
It only costs $1.50 to mail it from the UPS store. Just make sure that you use up all the fluid first. Normally you need to pull the insert and let it all evaporate before mailing. Since yours is stuck inside, just let it all burn away then leave the lid open for a day or so. Then it should be good to ship.

I think at this point... one of two things has happened. 1.) The bead has completely dissolved into nothing due to the acidity of your vagina. or 2.) It fell out at some point. Either way, you'd probably have trouble by now if it stayed in there that long. It would probably have caused infections. I don't think it's there anymore.

a couple of drops of 3 in 1 oil will be less messy than wd40, then find a stiff wire just big enough to fit through the holes in the top of the insert , this will give you something to pull on...

Try a pair of needlenosed pliars to help you get it out. Just pull straight out and do not twist when you pull. You'll get it.
