I don't see the point in stress. Why, it causes an aching heart, mind, body and soul. What is the point in that?? I have come to the understanding that nothing is worth worrying about. We should see the positive in any negative. See the fun in whatever you can, even if there is'nt any. There's no point in dwellin on thing's either, you can't change the past but you can make a better future if you want it be. Stress suck's. Being happy rule's!! I just think, being happy is the answer to most thing's, end of story. Your opinion's please, and be as honest as you can!!!!

Sometimes it isn't all that easy. I suffer from Depression and PTSD.
My life has been nothing but a struggle.
Lucky for those who can be happy.
I am stressed though. I'm in my last year of high school, aiming for Dux. Proving my mum wrong I can handle school and a part time job. Trying to organise many charity events and sports teams.
Maybe I bite more off than I can chew.
I hope one day I can truely be happy.
I am happy for you that you can be happy. (If that makes sence!)
xx

I do agree with you. I think sometimes if you feel negative, you look at everything in a negative way. But if you're happier, if make sit easier to see the positive side of things. I think stress and worry is caused by not accepting things in life for what they are. Instead of worrying about something for example, you did wrong, just accept that you made a mistake, theres nothing you can do to change it, learn from it and move on. Even negative things in life can be positive! For example, a traumatic event or illness that we have survived can be looked at in a positive way because we're stronger people having lived through a difficult time. Even mistakes can be looked at in a positive way because we learn from them so again, they make us better people. I know that at times life is too unbearable to feel positive but i think if we try to see the good in everything, we will all be happier people and the world will be a better place don't you think?

that's a tough question
i know that everybody is stressed out at some point in their lives.it may be work related or on a more personal note.that is just how our lives work.a lot of times in the early part of the week ,i would feel that i am going to be happy and that everything would be ok.and then things just change...it starts off bad and then it got worst...but then that's life.you will have the positive and the negative in everything.it is up to each of us on how to balance it
so even though i think that being happy could be the answer to almost everything ,could we possibly be happy about almost everything?

Everything we do in life is in search of happiness. Even when we do something we don't want to, we do it because it makes us happier than not doing it and bearing the results from that. good luck Be happy

It's good to be happy but we have to allow other feelings to be expressed as well..as long as we don't stay stuck in them (the so called "negative" feelings..like sadness and anger)

Yes, Shaine, I agree with everything you've said except that you've continually apostrophised plurals, and that do NOT accept!!
