1. Have you got a PC?
2. Are there loads of unused files scattered around on it?
3. Have you performed a backup lately?
4. When was the last time you defragmented the HDD?
5. Have you virus checked your PC?
If these questions have not got you bored thinking about them then you will not miss going out and getting a life and having some real fun.

ookay if ure addicted to the net then it might be a bit difficult, but still i think you can enjoy. go out and hang around with your friends, shop with them, watch a movie....the point is just chill out in any way possible!!

Yes...just go out with friends...read...see a movie...visit relatives...make stuff...you can do it...one step at a time (just like in those 12 step programs)..
Find a "sponsor" who can help you "kick your habit"....

i am more addicted than you
one time i was collecting each week at least 4500 points
but i am just tired now days to collect those huge points again as before
