I know i'm about 20 years too late, but does anyone else like them? I just bought their cd and it rocks the funky sh** man!

o yea there cool my all time fav of there is september i was in a school play a dance play and a crowd of us boys and girls danced to that track everynight for a month just you asking the question bought those memory's to me darlin xx

Oh yea, they have alot of good songs, mostly big in the 70's. I have several of their albums. If you are just getting into them, I suggest some greatest hits and I believe they have a couple of them. Some of their best songs are Shining Star, Thats The Way Of The World, Fantasy, September, Boogie Wonderland, and so on.

The original Kings of Boogie Baby. Timeless classics with an out of this world vocal range and trumpets. What else can you need?

EWF music usually woke up me when I was a kid back around the 70s.

I wish the leader & the founder, Maurice White will join back to EWF.
I heard a rumor he did, but last nite during American Idol Gives Back, he wasn't there, only Phillip Bailey & Verdine White.

they could jam--one of the first funk bands, along with rick james--my top 2--dont forget kool and the gang----saw most of them on the old soul train that used to be on sat. afternoons-have some of their music on cds now

I love Earth Wind and Fire!"can't hide love" "let's groove tonight" and "that's the way of the world" are some of my favorites...

Yeah, I always liked them. I even had one of their 8Tracks. Those were crappy things to put music on!!
