Not generally, but, and this is weird, since I was a kid I've been nervous about being outside at night, in the dark, alone. Just that specific set of circumstances. Told ya it was weird.

No, can be a bit unnerving after a long time though, especially if you start hearing or seeing strange things.
Only in pitch black and alone in very rural areas or in the middle of the woods though, not in the city. It is almost kind of fun and exiting when you start to get creeped out.

No, do not be afraid of darkness inside or out unless you are in a bad environment like unknown city street or where danger from others could be present..
