Hi,
What email service do you use? Free or paid? Your SMTP and POP depend on what email service you are using. Also, very few free email service providers (yahoo, hotmail) let you use POP for free.
Example: If you are using Gmail, your smtp and pop would be:
pop.gmail.com
smtp.gmail.com.
Write back with details of which email service you would like to configure to incredimail, and i may be able to help you out.

POP server is the server for your incoming email. So if you'll be using incredimail for, say, your HOTMAIL, you will need hotmails POP server.
SMTP server is your outgoing mail server. This means you will need the SMTP server of your ISP (i.e. comcast, earthlink, or whatever your internet provider is).
If you will be using incredimail for your ISP's email service, that makes things a helluva lot easier for you since your ISP can provide you with both the POP and SMTP server.
that's basically it.
hope this helps.

pop.xxxxxx.com
SMTP is your outgoing mail server, supplied by your internet company, normally like

You need to check this with your provider.
Also never give out personal details, like City in public here.

First you will need to tell us the city you live in, and your internet service provider. Then we can help you.
