Sri Lanka of course. In 1996 they snubbed the Sri Lankans by not playing in Sri Lanka for unfounded security reasons, but were eventually brought on the highest stage and thrashed for all the world to see.
Now they gripe about Sri Lanka tactics, and will be soundly thrashed again by the Lankan lions in Bardados on April 28th.!!!

Honestly, despite Sri Lanka NOW playing their best bowlers I doubt the result will be any different from the "super8" game.
