No you are NOT!! i wont say these are a regular walk in the park for me but i've had individuals who have had the same things, with mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters etc. Im not gonna say your mentally ill but i wouldnt advise you getting off on this kinda think. Anyway what it is is a supression, or better yet, a yearning for sexual experience hindered by any real relation you may have in real life and therefore your brain simulates the complex, and even the taboo, as a discriminator for your sexual activity when you finally reach it. Dont think of it as a catalyst but more a sense of reassurence between what is right and wrong! My guess is you have an uncontrollable sense of enjoyment during it? That is totally out of control and judging by your tone you seem to know its wrong. I know its wrong but hey there's nothing mentally unstable or concerning about your mentality. Your dreams are a scenario simulator, to teach you lessons and prepare you for complex environments. Trust me on this, I know more about how the brain works than more people.

need help, just ask.

There is nothing wrong with dreams AT ALL. In fact, it's natural to have those kinds of sexual dreams, even about hot cousins. I used to have dreams about an entire side of my family. I loved the reunions because I'd always catch someone behind the barn in the hay. NO LIE...Just use good wisdom if it ever comes to reality. If you have an affair, you may really be targeted by other members of your family, especially if your cousin blabs or if you talk in your sleep!!!

different... maybe your mind is just taking out sexual urges with someone that may be physically attractive and be looked up to and feel safe with. Get a man and the dreams should go away. Maybe even if your not sexual with the man you'll start to get confortable with another man that your attracted to so kind of guide ur mind away to a more healthy sexual dream haha.

Don't worry about it; it's not nasty as they're just dreams. You're not a "sicko"; it's just your unconscious mind playing tricks. If you obsess and dwell on them it will only make things worse. So don't force yourself to over ride or repress what you are enjoying. It's a natural phenomenon that will soon leave your system. Let it run it's natural course; they will eventually dissipate on their own accord and leave you alone.

Who knows what is going on in your subconscious? However, since you have no plans to start acting this scenario out in the real world, just relax and enjoy your dreams. Your mind will soon get bored with this subject and move on to something else.

you cant control your dreams,so no need to be ashamed..however,In my past experiences..I've noticed, that I usually have sexual dreams towards people I actually have or do like...so it's harmless,as long as you know you have zero intentions of playing this out..or wanting to dream about it more for that matter.

It's just a release. Don't worry about it. They could be with anyone. You are ok.
