It is legacy crunch time and I am hard-pressed to think there is any way he is going to avoid being put down in the history books by most historians as the worst president ever.

Unfortunately...odds are you are correct. He allowed himself to be misled both by his advisors..and his own "Texas hubris"... You can go on on about the politics of "oil". I am sure many will.
