once you've made the order screen in the back office, how do you publish to user terminal in positouch?

i have filled out all the info in my back office set up, but even after doing a system change, i can't get that particular menu screen to show up on the user terminals in the restaurant. this is an older (5 years) positouch sysem.

You should contact the manufactures are these systems and software are custom made.
