Laura Bush had her eyes wide open when she married him.
It's the story of the good girl wanting the bad boy. I do wonder if his bad boys ways are wearing thin. As for feeling sorry for her, no way.

Only if the political historians are the ones out there on the lunitic left that he has been having to put up with for the last seven years. It's sad that the CEO of the huge German publisher Axel Springer AG has a better understanding of things than many of the people of our own country. You have to remember too that Germany was one of the countries that didn't want to help us. If your interested or curious go to-----(MY SOURCE LISTED BELOW)
I wonder if an editorial like it would have been allowed pre-WW2. Bet Not!!!
I would really like to hear some comments on this article.
As for Laura Bush? She is truley a "First Lady" and if you watch you can see that she is very proud of her husband, as she has every right to be.

How can you say how history will view Mr. Bush?
We don't know the outcome of how this war on terror will turn out.
Most sitting presidents are viewed in a negative light, only after times will we see the true effects of how the presidents policy will play out.
And to say that one whould feel sorry for Laura Bush, I am sure she is very proud of her husband.
Lets for one moment compare what Hillary endured with Bill.
He has an affair in the oval office,is charged with sexual harrasment. Lies to the grand jury.
Catches the chinese stealing nuclear secrets and does nothing.
Now how will history view him? How on earth is his wife even being considered for the office of president?
I see an America that is morally bankrupt, the terrorist are right when they say our culture is evil.
I for one agree, we are unble to see morality or honor, we think of these things as evil themselves.
I for one don't give a **** what history says about Mr. Bush, I know enough to see we are in a war one we will not win, this is only the beggining of what will be a very bitter pill for us the swallow.

I genuinely like Laura Bush. She just might be the best thing that ever happened in GW's life.
And seriously guys, there isn't one wife out there who hasn't been embarrassed by her husband at some point in time. And vice versa. That's life.

I think being the 'First lady' is enough attraction for her to forget everything (even her degree and historians) and just enjoy the status !!

NO!! She decided to marry him and stay marry to him. Poor guy probably decided to be president so he could have the secret service around, in case he decides to dump or mess around on Laura. She did run over an X because he dumped her.
