Agrees.. Firefox is only the web browser.
Sites can be blocked by a system administrator long before it gets to your browser, proxy setting being the most used.

Click on the down arrow on the Search window (not the main URL window) and select Google. Unless esnips played some tricks, that should do it. There's a "Manage Search Engines" option at the bottom of that drop-down list, so you could try making the same selection there if the above failed to correct things. Last option is to totally delete Firefox and all related folders, and do a re-install of the latest Firefox. To do so completely, start with a normal Control Panel uninstall, then follow up using Windows Explorer to delete any remaining "Mozilla"-related (or "esnips"-related) folders/program pieces. I personally avoid adding features from anyone except very popular and trusted folks. Then again, I use Linux for the Internet whenever I can, because Windows itself can't defend itself from the malware even with third-party protection software - not to mention "human-engineered" attacks. Some accept esnips spyware as innocuous, but not all. It's freeware, not GPL or peer reviewed, so you never know what "features" it doesn't reveal. Good luck!

Certain sites will still be blocked coz your network administrator does not allow those sites. But you can use proxy sites to go to the blocked sites..

Because your company has blocked those websites. There's no way around it, unless you have the passwords or whatever.
