to break web sense?

In my office we are using websense to restrict web sites in office hours.. any knows how to break or crackthis

Yes, ask your admin person.
The block are there for a reason, its a workplace, the boss only want to use the internet for work, when you become your own boss with staffs surfing the web rather than working, you too will look for something to block them ..
