if anti virus not working,

the only way i know of is to format the pen!! sorry!!

but you can try retrieve your data through windows explorer. instead of directly opening the pen, try right clicking and explore! maybe it will work, may be not!!

caution:- accessing your files this way does not mean u r not exposing your system to the virus.
