Mention one current carrying device which does not obey ohms law?

Any non linear device - diode, tetrode, Zinc Oxide, capacitor in dc etc can be said to violate the ohms law, in a way. This is when the resistance varies due to some reason.

A diode does not obey Ohm's Law. Neither does a capacitor in a DC circuit.
