Theres a cell phone commercial (i think moto) here in Canada and it drives me crazy cause i love the song but i can't figure out who the band is or what the songs called. The lyrics go: "baby you know that it's true...i can see when i look at you.....ohhh ohh yeahhh...you're my everything". The song is sung by a female. The theme is a guy and girl talking on the phone and then the girl ends up where he is waiting having drinks downtown on an outdoor patio.

Someone PLEASE help cause this is driving me insane!!

The Icicles - Sugar Sweet - album A Hundred Patterns (rel Jan 2005 US only)
LYRICS

oh baby you're sugar sweet
and you're loving knocks me off my feet
baby, you know that it's true
i can see it when i look at you
oooh, yeah you're just about my everything
oooh, yeah you're just about my everything
you make me heart pitter patter
this kind of loving makes nothing else matter
baby don't you ever leave cause
everything's cool when you are here with me
oh babe you make my eyes light up
and you're loving is just enough
baby, you know that it's true
nothing matters when i'm here with you
oh babe you make my world spin
and you're loving is where it begins
oh how i need you so
you can bet, i'll never let you go

Yeah, that's quite plenty the content textile. Mainstream in simple terms ability you're signed to a significant label, yet you'll be a respected, unique artist. as an occasion, The Roots, Ghostface Killah, uncomplicated, and so on. are all mainstream, yet content textile clever isn't commercial -- they don't look to be gonna get plenty airplay whilst in comparison with youthful money, Soulja Boy, 50 Cent, and so on., you comprehend? commercial artists are in many situations industry made or sell outs that persist with developments, rip off underground/resourceful much less-commonplace/indie artists varieties, and in simple terms doing it for the money. edit: i does not say Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and Gucci Mane are commercial. None of them rappers are being instructed what to do as an artist. All 3 of those rappers have a hundred% resourceful administration over their song. particular they get i positioned from their friends, i.e. Wayne have been given funds money and youthful money, yet Wayne is the boss. comparable w/ Jay-Z, he had Biggs and sprint, yet that grew to become into it, Def Jam wasn't telling Jay a thank you to make The Blueprint or The Black Album. commercial rappers are Ludacris, Kanye West, Wale, and so on. Why? For doing songs w/ Justin Bieber and woman Gaga. They bought out! you do not sell Wayne making songs w/ Gaga and Bieber. he's partaking w/ Eminem now and his greatest song as much as now "Lollipop" featured Static significant -- who the **** is he, returned? Wayne additionally works w/ Robin Thicke -- who's dope. and because we are throwing around the be conscious avant-garde, "Shooter" is a greater "experimental" song than something in Nas' discography. ****, Jay-Z is, greater or much less, the Radiohead of hip-hop.
