First of all sex is just amazing with the right person. Its even better if the right person is the one you are married to. Besides I personally believe that having a child with that one person is the greatest and most amazing way to share your love. You come together with this person as one and create this perfect being that is the epitomy of your love.

Its a way of keeping society functioning. We need kids today so tommorrow they'll be our Dr's & Nurses & Lawyers. Sex is a natural Urge. Most men have that urge throughout their lives. Women vary some want it all the time others don't It doesn't mean they're frigid. Those folks should look in their medicine cabinet! Great Q for Psychology also.

Many humans are celibate. We do not "have to" have sex. It is however a very intimate show of support for another human being. The closeness....you know? Hormones also play big role, especially with the "20-somethings". Our bodies often propel us towards "procreation"...even if our brain goes.."what the heck are you dong????"
Katherine Hepburn (among others) was very successful intelligent, and remained unmarried and childless..
"We" each have a choice to make based on what is right for "us". Nothing is written in stone........

Human beings were designed to have children—to build a family! It is this family, this having of children, that we will see holds or represents a type of God’s own astounding purpose for marriage.
It is said: “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falls; for he has not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken” .
If we do not marry and have children, the 'circle of life' will stop and human beings are going to be doomed to extinction.

No, the Bible says that man is more valuable in the eyes of God if he never marries or has children because he can then dedicate himself as a whole. All his time can be dedicated to serving God. But marriage and reproduction are a gift to us. It says to be fruitful and multiply, it has been a choice from the start and nothing has changed.

We don't have to if we don't want to. Many people chose to, but that is their choice. We can all make our own choices in life. If you do not want to have sex or get married or have kids, you do not have to. If you are unsure you can always wait until you are sure.

Its part of who we are. We are not only programed to generally desire to procreate...we are also a social animal. Marriage is a committed contract between two people, not only for kids (although, primarily), but also to be there and care for each other when we become ill and/or old.

There is no one compelling you to have sex or children. You should be able to make that choice for yourself. That being said, many people are drawn to have sex, some to make babies and some because it feels great.
