pokemon help!!?

i have gone to the meteor falls and searced far and wide for a bagon?? where else can i find it

it only exists in ONE room in meteor falls in ruby/sapphire.

you will find a room that is kinda big, and you can surf in the water to find a tunnel-way in the back wall. in that room, there's hardly any room to walk, and there's water taking up most of the tiny room. on the other side of the water, you can find a TM - this room is the only place where bagon is at in ruby/sapphire

in emerald, bagon is more common, appearing not only in that room, but the room that leads to that place, and another big area

Ok firstly you need Waterfall. Now when you enter from the Lavaridge town entrance use Waterfall to climb up the waterfall. Now there are all these different ladders. Have a search around until you find one with a space of water in between where you go down the ladder and where a Pokeball is sitting. Then on the bit where there was a Pokeball because you picked it up, run around like crazy until one attacks you. Catch it and make it level 45 I think it is and it evolves into a Salamence.

enter the waterfalls.. then there are manyu ladders.. choose the one which does not lead to a dead end.. this ladder will take you to a large room and this room has water also.. here there are 3 strips to move around.. here you can get a bagon
