I think either would work. But lopsided would make it seem like she was deformed. tilted just seems like she's slightly uneven. it depends on which one you want.

you cant start a sentence with the word because...seriously you would use lopsided...tilted is more accurate for objects

Lopsided. Even though her shoulders are uneven, she isn't tilted. That would mean she leans to one side.
Lopsided means unevenly balanced or unsymmetrical.
