SNOWCRABLEGS!!!!!!!! Yes!! I didn't know if it was true or not!!! I'm a milk-o-holic- But haven't actually tried it warm. If nothing else I will resort to the benedryl which you seem to know results in a K.O!!! ; )

yes warm milk is supposed to help
also turkey has a chemical in it...I think it is called tryptophan
it is supposed to help you relax
you could take a benedryl and a tylenol, that helps me.
some people drink a dose of nyquil cold medicine...yuk, I would only take that as a last resort
I like to lay in bed with a soft light on and read a book until I feel my eyes get heavy, then I put down the book, turn off the light and roll over and SNORE!
make sure your room is cool and that you have enough covers.
when I was a teen, I used to fall asleep with the radio on. Just turn it on low volume.

Try counting sheeps hahaha...! ok, lets get real. Maybe you are thinking too much, try drinking a glass of warm milk and it can help you to relax before you sleep.

Rock a bye baby on the tree top.
When the wind blows
the cradle will rock.
When the bow breaks ,
the cradle will fall.
Then down will come baby ,
cradle and all.
"GoodNight" Hope that helped.
