women can teach their sons too, its not just about the fathers

I have 3 sons and 1 daughter.
~I do teach my boys to respect all women. Its too bad that all parents dont teach this!

Children learn by example and the example of how to treat women respect is best taught by a man. Because there are so many single moms and uninvolved dads out there, for many boys, there is no one to pattern their behavior after.

They do ... but when they get to High School and those teen years .. they all start to act like jerks and LOSE touch with manners -- because they THINK it is OK (or cool) to be absolutely disrespectful or piggish with females at that time.
Remember, this is when their hormones start raging, and their ability to actually THINK is impaired. Some never grow out of that stage .. and remain disrespectful of females for the rest of their lives.

I am sure they try,but the world is an awful place these days to try to teach any child right from wrong when everyone around them is doing wrong.They would have to be kept up somewhere away from all this garbage.
Some kids are just naturally goodhearted & some are nasty devils also.

Because parents let their kids watch MTV and" professional" wrestling, which bombards young boys with the message that it's OK to treat women like crap.

my son & daughter both are taught to say yes a'am & yes sir to all adults & not to hit... unless the other person hits first.
Im not a perfect parent, but i DO consider myself better than many i see in the real world.

I ahve 4 boys and I teach them that you must respect women...I will NOT tolerate anything less!:)_

my parents did but now a days since 1980 there is more abusive husbands. and the boys learn from the dad,s that are drunks.
