Why do ppl put Goths down?

Question

I was wondering why do ppl always put goths down (and yes I am goth) I have read places where it says that God hates goth. Even my own cuz said that goths worship the devil. I mean I'm goth and I'm a Christian. And ppl even say that goths are evil and they make the world bad. And ppl even say that goths are depressed I mean I'm sad that's why I'm goth but not depressed. I don't get it so I was wondering if anyone out there knows why they do.

Just so u know I don't get attention from anyone I manly only talk 2 my friends and that's it.

Wow I am so ticked about getting message about how bad goths are we don't worship the devil and goths and emos are about the same just alittle diff syle.

People hate us because we are the most tolerant group in the world. It doesn't matter to us whether someone is gay straight or bi. We don't care what someones religion is. We are all outcasts who stick together. They hate us because the don't understand what we are about. Their loss, not mine.

I personally think Goths are attention-mongers. I don't think you worship the devil. I don't care if you don't believe in God---I don't! I just think you like the attention you get by being "different". There is nothing wrong with that, as long as you aren't isolated. Then the real issues start.

How come you are a goth? Maybe ancestors of the goth but you are no longer a goth.

goths are usually moody and have frowns on their faces, like the whole world has to know that they are annoyed for some reason.

and they stare at people

maybe they're different over where you are, but the goths here for some reason think the world owes them attention
