Learn from the experience and move on. Life is going to throw you a lot of bad situations. A merry-go-round is a safe ride, but pretty boring. Just think of life as a roller coaster and enjoy the ride.

You can't make yourself forget something, but here's something that might help. I have had bad situations happen in my life, so I write about it. Get it all out on paper and once I do it makes me feel alot better. If you have someone who you can trust you can also talk to someone and they might be able to help you.
