No they were NOT related. Skeet's REAL NAME is Bryan Ray Trout. His stepdad, D.K. Ulrich and his uncle, Ricky Rudd, are both NASCAR drivers. :-)

robert urich was on vegas and spencer for hire, he isn't related to ulrich.
