So go to it.
Problem 2, take the equation and push things around until it looks like the equation above. You get something like (2/3)x -2 = y
The y-intercept (where X=ZERO) will have the coordinates (0,-2). From that point, you can graph because for every 3 unit increase in x, there is a 2 unit increase in y. So the point (3,2) will be on the line. Two points, voila!, you have graphed it.

1. The equation is already in slope-intercept form. That is, y=mx+b where 'm' is the slope and 'b' is the y-intercept. So in y = -x-3 the slope would be -1/1. The y-intercept is (0, -3) because that is when x=0.
2. First, you have to change 2x-3y=6 to slope-intercept form because it is in standard form. To do this, you have to get 'y' by itself.
2x-3y=6
-2x -2x
(suctract 2x from both sides)
-3y = -2x+6
Divide by -3 to isolate y ---> y = -2/-3x-2 ---> y = 2/3x-2 (a negative over a negative changes the fraction into a positive)
So looking at the slope-intercept form y = 2/3x-2, you now know that the slope is 2/3 and the y-intercept is (0,-2).
First graph the y-intercept. Then move 2 units up and 3 units to the right. Keep repeating this process and you will have your graph.

Easy.
At first I FAILED all this cause I. hate. algebra.
But I have to get the knowledge soooo. I learned!!! I have no doubt you will too. Cause from what I see, you're pretty smart, taking it upn yourself to look this **** up.
Okay. For the first, y=-x-3.
y- intercept means when x is 0.
So, now we substitute, and it is
y=-0-3.
Therefore, y will be the answer to -0-3, correct?
So, x is 0, and y is -3, which is then written as (0,-3).
As for the second one, you need to find the values of x and y that will make the equation equal 6. Now, people tend to be snobby and call them solution sets, when there is more than one answer. So, you gotta find ALL the possible values for x and y. That's what they usuall want, anyway. In this case, though, I'm sure there IS only one answer for x and one answer for y, so please don't worry about that unless it's another problem.
Anyway.
2 times what minus 3 times what equals 6?
You just keep plugging numbers into x and y until you get the right result, or 6. This is called trial and error.
Anyway, the answer for x is 6, and y is 2, which you write as (6,2).
THERE ya go!!!
Now I hope yu know how to graph because, much as I feel like sitting with you, that is physically impossible right now, and I haven't a clue how to graph online

1. the equation of a line is y = mx + b
b = y-intercept
m = slope
y = -x - 3
m = -1 -> -1 / 1 -> rise / run
b = -3 -> y-intercept
2. 2x - 3y = 6
method 1:
x = 0, y = 2
x = 3, y = 0
now connect the points -> that is the line
or
2x - 3y = 6
-3y = -2x + 6
y = (2/3)x - 2
m = 2/3
b = -2
graph
plot point (0, -2)
then from that point plot the next point using m
go to x = 3 then up 2
now connect the points
