Girl:
Madalynn Anastasia OR Makaeyla Anastasia

Boy:
Miycolas Johannes (Mico for short) OR Maddison Johannes

If you really REALLY want twin names that match, you should go with Madalynn and Maddison

By the way, I love the name Anastasia...it's been on my baby list for as long as I can remember...

good luck, sounds like you painted yourself in a corner, if you "have to" do 8 letters, starting with M's. Dont do Michael and Michelle, thats so cliche' , you also want them to have their own identity, instead of being known as a unit, you want them to be known as seperate people.
The only advise i can give, dont give a kid a "made up" spelling of a normal name. Studies show that peole who have names like this dont do as well in life. I read the study once in the newspaper, not sure if i completely believe it, but why risk it. cultural variations in spelling are one thing Then again you might know in a few years with Matthieu instead of Mathew. good luck.
