I'm not a doctor, but you can use Poly-vi-sol multivitamin supplement drops, made by Enfamil. It comes with or without iron. It's a liquid you can put in juice, etc. There are also store brands that imitate this for a little less money, like Target version.

"Children's dha" is very good for children, It has vitamin a, d, e, dha, and epa in it. It's good for Brain Development, Visual and Nervous System Function, improved skin health, cognitive enhancement, and is a strong anti-inflammatory. You can get it as an oil or in pill form. If you get it in pill form do not break up the pills have your child swallow them. If you get the oil do not overdue it follow the directions recommended by the manufacture or your physician.

I think your baby is alittle too young to take vitamins yet. Find some kind of solid food that your baby likes first- & give her plenty of that. If still in doubt- ask her pediatrican for suggestions. A balanced diet is MUCH better for children than pills are (& set a better "precident"- later in life). :)

This is actually a question for your doctor. Generally as long as the kids eat non-junk food they are going to be ok. Don't make junk food available. Also check parentcenter.com. They have great information all the way around for kids.

I would bring that up with your child's pediatrician. He/she could tell you if your child needs it more than we can, and they could prescribe or recommend the vitamins if they think it is necessary.

I've noticed, too, that they don't make multivitamins for toddlers. I guess you should ask your doctor first, but Pedia Sure has lots of nutrients.
