The words 'the same' is quite a hackneyed expression, and could be termed 'officialese'. The simpler word is 'it'. I would prefer to write 'Please speak to your team about it'.
Your sentence is not grammatically wrong, though, in my opinion.

greenhorn has a good point about how your sentence should be rephrased. i'ld like to give you three suggestions, but it's up to you which one you feel fits into whatever you're writing...

1. please speak to your team regarding the same (as what?--feel in here). eg. please speak to your team regarding the same issue that cropped up yesterday.
2. please speak to your team regarding it. (not specific, though)
3. please speak to your team regarding (state what it is about). eg. please speak to your team regarding the incident we had yesterday.

helped? :D
