In the trailer for Spiderman 3 there is a scene where Tobey Maguire is kicked back in a desk and he's wearing a black emo button-up shirt and his hair is straightened across his face.....does anyone know where i can find that picture?

that's the international movie data base. you can't save or copy pictures off of that website, but they usually have all the decent pictures of any movie on there that would be on any website such as google where you can copy them.

You can find that picture on imdb.com or other websites, as well as movies.yahoo.com to see tons of pictures from the blockbuster movie, "Spider-Man 3."

If you already have an account with photobucket, just put ina search for him and they might have it . Then you can save it to your album
