x people * 6,250 each = 50,000
x = 50,000/6,250 = ___________ people

if 10 people pay 5000 each the total would be 50000 so then why not just take the 50000 total that you know the time share costs and divide it by the 6250 that they could afford instead of the lower amount of 5000.
if 8 people paid 6250 it would equal the same as 10 paying 5000
