Ovulation is when you release an egg. This happens virtually every cycle. Conception is when a sperm reaches an egg and ferilizes it. This occurs in the fallopian tubes usually, and is the first step toward pregnancy. Implantation is when then embryo implants in the uterine lining. This can happen up to a week after conception. So none of them are really the same thing, they're just steps in the process of getting pregnant!

All three are seperate parts of the reproductive process.
1) Ovulation is when your ovaries release an egg.
2) Conception occurs after the sperm fertilizes the egg.
3) Implantation is the attachment of a fertilized egg onto the lining of the uterus. Your body begins producing the hormone hcg at this point, and you are considered pregnant.
Hope this helps! :o)

Ovulation is a part of your monthly cycle when the egg is released to be fertilized. It happens 14 days before your period is due. Implantation is the egg fertilized and implanting itself on the uterus wall to grow into an embryo...this is when you have succeeded in getting pregnant. 'Conception' would be a word for having gotten pregnant.

No there is a difference. Ovulation is the 1-2 day window when you are able to get pregnant. You should use ovulation kits to determine when you are ovulating ( a term to describe the egg being released from your ovaries) in order to determine the best possible time for conception.
Hope that helps!!!!

Ovulation is when your ovaries release an egg, implantation is when said egg is fertilized by the sperm and attaches itself to the walls of the uterus. Therefore, conception is the same as implantation.

Ovulation is simply the release of an egg. Conception is when it is penetrated by sperm to form the zygote. Implantation can mean planting an egg in the uterus by artificial means or when the embryo attaches to the uterus to grow.
