I could easily be lifted and set down in place of the Cheddar Palace, which could be devoured quickly for a simple site cleanup... OR perhaps it would make a wonderful and spacious addition!! You could house a mighty and fierce feline within its walls in order to destroy all trespassers...
It is even wheelchair accessible!! What more do you need!!?
As for the moat of cheese... I would suggest placing some pretzel spikes beneath the surface of the cheese river... slant them towards the people who might attempt to ford the moat...

Construct your Palace out of Cheese Bricks. Careful of the Packaging. It can be hard to stack. Garnish with some Parmesean Cheese to lock it in, and finally spread some Cream Cheese over, to seal the Gaps. Good Luck!!
