you have to be careful with those heating blankets, when I was 10 mine caught fire while I was asleep, I guess my guardian angel put it out because when i woke up all near my feet was burnt and that was it.
Anyway, now, I have to have a clean, well tucked top sheet and a firm pillow that I usually toss out sometime in sleep but have to have it as I fall asleep.

Two things i cannot sleep without are a box fan which drowns out EVERY noise possible...for some reason the loud fan helps me to sleep i even have to take it on trips or i wont be able to have a good nights rest and the second thing is my jack russell he sleeps under my pillow. He keeps me safe and I keep him safe.

My body pillow..the one from Sharper Image..it has those little soft beads or whatever in it..oh feels great! I have to make my pug Rosie get off of it! LOL

I must have my window open, no matter how cold it is outside, I just can't seem to get to sleep, with the window closed.I need the fresh air.
