Every person, woman or man, would have a different reaction to getting photographed in a personal moment. Some would be completely comfortable, others would think it would be a sin. Totally depends on the person. You can't really put all women in the same category.

What kind of personal moments?
I like to know I'm being photographed so my pictures don't come out horrible.
If I'm on the toilet, no I don't want my pictures taken.
If I'm taking a shower, nope...
If I'm getting married or having a baby, some kind of personal moment like that, by all means, go ahead.

I believe that's the women should be happy if every moments in her life can be photographed including when they're doing privat activity like in bathroom :). For the first, maybe they're very shy but for the last time I'm sure they're very proud.
