But also, I like to zone out with a video game, or read. There's a point where you can't really turn to other people, because you know you're just crazy, and they can't really help. I mean, get the love you need, but then go take care of yourself.
I had children, and that put an end to any suicide fantasies I had. I knew I didn't have that option anymore.

Tell myself to grow the hell up and go on with life. Then think about two people I would never be able to leave. I'm not suicidal or anything. These are just random thoughts I have.

I usually start drinking and then take a really hot bath, but with no bubbles, I just stare down into the water contemplating everything and trying to find one last bit of hope, then I get out and take some pills, I almost od'd once and that was enough to freak me out, I guess I found my hope and realized I didn't want to die after all. We would miss you if you go ):

Just keep on. I've felt that way at times over the years. I think most of us have. It's hard to see at the time, but life gets better and great things do come forward eventually.

take a hot shower and just cry for as long as i need to....
sometimes it really does help
writing about it on an xanga no one knows about is another good thing because people can read it.. but they dont know who u r so ur telling someone and getting it all out but not worrying people that care about u
also talking to someone close that would understand would be a good thing to do

I answers questions here or I take sleeping pills and go to bed or I go to the gym and work out to the point of exhaustion or I starve myself and then admire my ribs. I'm really depressed and I don't know what to do.

Listen to Pink Floyd, that usually snaps me out of it.
I also make a list of whats good in my life and think about how sad everyone would be if I did die. It's small but it acually helps me.

Think about all the great things that are out there that i just haven't discovered yet. All these people i haven't met. All these people who haven't met me.
The way i see it, life is what you make it..
I can't die without ever seeing the world. I can't die without ever doing .... blah de blah...... i want to earn a million before i die.... i want to see someone walk on fire before i die.... i want to jump out of a plane before i die.... (you get the idea)
You know. We only get one life. It's sad to cut it so short when there is so much out there....
If you are unhappy with your life - change it...
Change the way you look..
Change your job..
Move to a different area..
Get healthy...
Learn to love yourself..
And apreciate life. There are so many people out there SO much worse off than me. They are out there struggling to survive due to poverty..... and here we are with all these things... but not happy with them.. be grateful.
