I use an electric toothbrush. Yes, it does remove more plaque. I had problems with my gums and my dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. I haven't had a problem since. I like it.

I use a manual, I did have an electric a bit ago but they are just so loud in my opinion, plus I'm not really into the vibrating and spinning on my teeth, it kinda hurts, but I do have really sensitive teeth. I probably should go back to electric, it would clean my teeth better, sometimes it feels like you just don't get everything, you know? Is your toothbrush a good one? Would you recommend it? Thanks :)

Manual toothbrush for me! I feel like I'm at the dentist if I use an electric toothbrush.

My Sonicare works great and I use it most of the time but sometimes i like to just do it the old fashion way.The electric really does a wonderful job though. Try it and you'll probably like it. I know your dentist will.

I haven't tried the electric tooth brush. I use a hard brissle tooth brush and I am 50 and still no cavities. I must be doing something right
