The television if my fiancé is watching it, otherwise I fall asleep when it is dark and quiet. I prefer the quiet with nothing on at all though!

When I'm on this computer, It's my wife that falls asleep with the tv. on, I just get carried away with YA, I forget about the time, and when I go for a coffee, That's when I see the wife asleep on the couch, with the tv. still on.

I can't have any noise when I sleep - it's terrib le to be such a light sleeper... can never fall asleep on the couch in front of the tv - unless it is off!!

I don't like either in my bedroom but I do fall asleep watching tv on the couch sometimes.

Tv, can't fall asleep w/out it. But, I have a hard time staying asleep because of it.

Yeah, I fall asleep with my MP3 player on all the time, then I wake up in the morning and it's dead.
