hmmm if you mean this;

(3x^2 + 9x) (2x^2 -9x +9)
-----------------------------------=?
(x^2 - 9 x)(2x^3 - 3x ^2)

then;

3x(x+3).(2x-3)(x-3)
-------------------------
x(x-3).x^2(2x-3)

the (x+3),x,(2x-3) are canceled

so;

(3x+9)
-------- is the answer
x^2
