.. turn your computer off then back on .. while it is booting click the F8 key.. This will take you to the boot menu.. use the arrow keys to chose safe Mode. then click yes when prompted to..The computer will look different from normal .. Then use the computer like you normally would. I run all my diagnostics in safe mode. Some Trojans and other nasties hide themselves in legit files that are not picked up when you run the security programs in normal mode.
I use this method of deleting unwanted programs and it works great... Go to Start > then click on search or Find...Then click on All files and Folders > then Type in the program name or file name and click Search....Let it run.. Then One at a time... right click on each file found and delete it..Sometimes you will get a pop up saying that file ca not be found or something to the same effect.. ignore it that part of the program . After you Empty the recycle bin and reboot your computer.

best thing to do when those things get their sticky hooks in your computer is to transfer all of your info to an alternate source, like a portable hard drive or another computer temporarily, and then wipe your hard drive. this means cleaning it all up... so you better know hoe to reload all of the basic softwares, but it is worth it. also, get better spyware protection, buddy!

You can't delete them because they're being used by the system. Boot up into safe mode then you should be able to delete them.
