If this guy is beginning to wear your makeup then I don't think he is your boyfriend, and has just crossed over to being your girlfriend!! Wake up sister, you have a sister on your hands.

NO way! The only time a guy should wear any type of lip gloss is when he has kissed a girl who was wearing it & there was transfer. It's ok for guys to wear lip balm or chap stick, but not lip gloss.

No, and it's a good thing you caught it now before say, you both got married or something horrific like that. It's very unusual for a man to be wearing pink, glossy sugary lip gloss everyday.
He may be hitting both sides. The best way to determine if a man is good mate/marriage material is ask him about things in the Bible, and if he is a Christian. This weeds out, unfortunately, most because most men are not Christians and lack godly standards and guidance.
