Marijuana should be de-criminalized or tobacco outlawed. Free up the jails for the real criminals like murderers, rapists and child molestors. Society suffers from drug laws people lose thier jobs, go on welfare after jail and society pays for it all. Not to mention the cartel has become rich and powerful, murder rates are increasing all due to these drug laws.

I believe that all the old outdated laws should be repealed. Like laws that say it is illegal to live with a man that you are not married to and not related to. Many states have laws like this and other similar laws that make no sense now and generally are not prosecuted, but if someone wished to could make a big deal out of nothing. Like roommates of different genders living together, even though they have different bedrooms.
