Marijuana should be de-criminalized or tobacco outlawed. Free up the jails for the real criminals like murderers, rapists and child molestors. Society suffers from drug laws people lose thier jobs, go on welfare after jail and society pays for it all. Not to mention the cartel has become rich and powerful, murder rates are increasing all due to these drug laws.

I believe that all the old outdated laws should be repealed. Like laws that say it is illegal to live with a man that you are not married to and not related to. Many states have laws like this and other similar laws that make no sense now and generally are not prosecuted, but if someone wished to could make a big deal out of nothing. Like roommates of different genders living together, even though they have different bedrooms.

The 17th Amendment to the Constitution
Prior to the 17th Amendment Senators were appointed by the Governments of each State. That meant that the Senate actually represented the will of the individual states. That was how our government was supposed to function. What we have now is a "Billionaire Boys Club".
Repeal the 17th Amendment and restore the government our founding fathers wanted.

The Controlled Substances Act. It gives too much power the DEA. It doesn't listen to it's own Administrative Law Judges. If the Social Security Administration acted in such a manner, the reaction would be very different. DHHS has full power to reign in the DEA but continues to let them act autonomously.

How approximately you end mendacity approximately Canada's rules to commence with? there is not any regulation against the recent mendacity in Canada. The "regulation" is an previous CRTC regulation which suits lower back to the Nineteen Sixties and bargains fullyyt with use of radio/television frequencies. lower back then it replaced into put in place simply by fact the main television channel (the CBC) replaced into government run and that they needed to sidestep the government from fudging information thoughts. on the instant, ninety 9% of Canadians have get admission to to cable or satellite tv for pc television. maximum even have get admission to to three style of direct (information superhighway) television and virtually each physique has a information superhighway-browser. every physique can watch Fox information or chinese language information for that rely, purely via paying your cable/satellite tv for pc/direct television service. The regulation is incomprehensible because it purely influence broadcasters in Canada broadcasting over the air waves. in line with risk there are some Canadians which nevertheless have rabbit ear antena's of their lake cabins, yet in any different case... the regulation is irrelivant. Fox shouldn't pay money to hire a Canadian radio frequency ... few Canadian agencies do this. i'm getting Fox. I do exactly no longer care approximately American information and the BBC and Canadian information channels are purely greater relavent -- as is purely viewing/examining the information on line.

I think they should go through and get rid of the stupid/outdated laws. For example, did you know it is illegal to sing off key in public in North Carolina? How about that it is illegal for a woman to get her haircut without her husband's permission in Michigan? Or better yet, Donkey's can not sleep in bathtubs in Arizona. Dang! And I thought it'd make such a good bed for my pet donkey....

Alcohol should be against the law. Less wife abuse, child abuse. Kid's should be 21 years old to drive, and before they get their license, they need to take a written test, not A, B, or C answers.
