Very personal question but I'm freaking out...my nipples have been kind of sore over the last 2 days and just now I noticed very small white circular patches on them, just 2 or three on each one...I freaked out and ofcourse squeezed and white stuff came out. I know it sounds similar to a pimple (haha) but it definitely is not. What the heck is it??

I'm not breastfeeding, nor do I have any children! I don't think I am pregnant but you never know...I have no other symptoms of pregnancy.

white little bumps on your areola are called montgomery glands. The are to keep the areola and nipple lubricated and protected. Dont pop them, the arent zits. If your worried, go see a doctor.

These are some sort of glands and your not supposed to squeeze them. But it won't hurt much. The white stuff should mostly come back where it was supposed to be.Ask the nurse when you go to the doctor or gyno.If your nipples are sore I take vitamin A the skin and hair vitamin and C the immune vitamin and my sensitive skin quits acting funny anywhere. If that doesn't work ask a doctor.

While you must double check with your doctor about this, it is probably the development of milk in the milk ducts. It's very common. I had to ask my doctor about it and was very surprised because I had never had a pregnancy by that point. I thought that only happened just before you had a baby. Use your appointment for a regular gyn exam to ask the question, make it Friday, okay?

Are you breatfeeding? In your last trimester of prenancy? If you're breastfeeding it could be thrush, if not, go to the doctor. Go to the doctor anyway.

They sound like sebaceous cysts to me and they are harmless. These are just sweat glands getting blocked and squeezing them won't do you any harm.

you could calll your dr's office & ask to talk to a nurse. they should be able to tell you if you actually need to come in to see the dr or if it should clear itself up.
good luck!
