I had a hard time remembering but just think:
Sin=oh!
Cos=ah!
Tan=oa!

Or you can think of it this way:
Sohcahtoa
Soh=sin=o/h, Cah=cos=a/h, Toa=tan o/a

Most people simply use sohcahtoa (read as one word). It's better than a sentence.

soh (sine = opposite over hypotenuse)
cah (cosine = adjacent over hypotenuse)
toa (tangent = opposite over adjacent)

just remember:

soh cah toa
(so * ca * towa)
