David Letterman used to do a "skit" and give away a prize to members of the audience who knew their cuts of meat. I loved it. That was back in the days of Rupert. . . ah how things change. . .

not really, just the basics,my hubby does though, hes butchered meat for 20 years.

You know, I sit down to dinner with them every day and yet I hardly know anything about them, like where they live, what there favorite color is, etc.

Perhaps tomorrow night I will get to know them a bit bettter before I introduce them to my mouth and stomach. Yumm.
