Okay I have been using RoadRunner from Time Warner Cable and it's pretty fast but it is way too expensive its $52.00, and I want to change to AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet for $14.99 a month is the yahoo fast?

It runs about 2 to 3Mb/s. Which is ok, but cable is faster........

Well the package that is 14.99 is not fast compared to what you had with cable. I have the Elite package with AT&T and we pay $34.99.. This what I can download and upload at..

Upload Speed: 620 kbps (100.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

I've been using it for about 4 years and I find it to be as good or better than cable.
