Too, too much has happened. Ii am not sure anything would help. i would like to do some good deeds. just don't see much hope for anybody, myself and my grown children. i cannot see anything good coming of all this asphalt parking lot and plastic toys r us facilities spreading like a virus. humankind looks too much like a spreading fungus or bateria infection and there is always an inevitable die-off coming. my culture and tribe is broken or noexistant. i think it is like planet of the apes plot but worse. Are we just a bad infection that needs a spray treatment like the slime on the side of your house or aroundthe bathroom fixtures. Just monkeys and apes that got out of hand. Would God see it is time for a big die off?

I know how you feel. But, what other choice do we have other than to go on? I do wish God would just come and "clean house" if you know what I mean.

If you can see what's happening as part of our evolving than you're halfway there. It's a sh*t pit, agreed. Waking up to that fact only puts you in a place where you now HAVE to do something about it. Pick your passion. It's there for a reason, let it guide you. Do what you love. Be an example for others that have yet to wake up. If you are looking for others that feel like you do, check out the rock band Tool. Check out comedians like Joe Rogan or Bill Hicks. They feel like you do but have done amazing things with the information. Very inspiring for me. Will there be a giant catastrophic ending to all this? Perhaps, but I know I'll die doing what I love.

If the Creator does decide to do a massive recall I want it to stand that I tried to spread some peace, love and kindness along the way. I may be just an evolved ape living in the fetid droppings of modern civilization but damn if I'm not gonna plant some flowers in the short time I'm here. That's what sh*t is for.
Peace out.

Many experience the same!!! Seek them out.... (on the www), just finding others similar will help very much! One thought which went through my mind as I read this was: "This person should start writing or create some form of art"!!!! Always keep in mind too.... that regardless of how ugly things may appear, you're never really alone! Best wishes.

What culture / tribe?

She is too young to understand why she did it, but my Israeli friend Sophia permitted me to visit her. We went to Jerusalem. On other days I sat in the library at the University of Haifa while she worked (in the library) and attended classes. We enjoyed a pleasant day at Caesarea.

My point? To do good things for another person sometimes does not involve understanding. It's a risk. It's a blind trust. People like Sophia are the very best among us, yet she is human and did not fully comprehend it all. I think eventually she will.

The Druze Arabs I met in Daliyat al-Karmel were not as intrigued with me as I with them. So far as tribes are concerned, I'd like them to know how I envy them. I'm like T.E. Lawrence in this respect.

There is too, too much abstraction in what you're writing. I suggest you temper your imagination by traveling and having face-to-face contact with unlikeminded people in other countries.

I am not sure that you aren't having some sort of depression... I am in my 30's... my kids are half grown.... sometimes, I do think ..."God, what am I gonna do when they are gone?"... I also know that there are a lot of bad things going on in this world of ours...... I can't even send my 3rd grader to school, because of little gangbangers............ I do know that God loves me, and all his children..................... there will be better days, there will be an unending happiness after all of the pain of the mortal world.... but for your sake, I do hope that you try your best to enjoy life while you got it....
I have a theory about why we are here on earth... I believe that we are here to learn from past mistakes, to acheive an enlightenment for the afterlife.........

I agree with everything you're saying. Something just doesn't "feel right". I don't beleive in God, but definitely in Mother Nature. Under normal circumstances, I beleive she would have initiated a "die off" to normalize things, but she can barely keep up. We're killing the planet. We are like a fungus, it's ridiculous. Is this really the purpose of human life? Using our beautiful Earth to make freeways, drink Starbuck's, and shop at discount big box stores? I don't understand what the fascination is with American culture, but there is one.

Ill be forty in a couple of months, and I keep going by seeing the world as a child-always wondering, loving everyone, always learning. There is always hope as long as there is life and love. Peace be with you.

Volunteer in your community. I am sure there are places that need volunteers. Don't give up on humanity. There is still good that can be done. No, we are not an infection of any kind. We are people trying to live our life to the fullest. We are not monkeys and apes either. No God does not see us dying. He wants us to be ourselves & as I said before live our lives to the fullest.

At 30 or so you find out that you know nothing, if you're lucky.
Then you get to start all over.
The same happens when you are 60, if you haven't done your homework.
