I believe she was asking where to find a doc, not your opinion on vaccinations........ Anyway, I would call local hospitals (Baylor is a good one in Dallas) and ask if they know of any holistic docs you could take your kid to. The front desk people are usually very helpful and have a lot of information on the docs who practice there.

well im not from that area...and im not gonna go into my whole deal with why you should immunize......but i can tell you that A. most board certified pediatricians require them both for your child and their other patients (what if you bring in a child with the measles and someone is in the waiting room with a newborn who hasnt been immunized) so you will have to find someone who practices holistic medicine more than likely B. the other issue is that your kids will never be able to attend a public school unless you can prove that you were religiously affiliated with a sect that does not believe in immunizations before your child was born.

I work for a pediatrican. We had a 3 year old boy in a few days ago because he had a lump in his neck. Turns out it was the MUMPS! His mom did not vaccinate him. The little guy had to have surgery and his mom was sobing. I wanted to tell her this was all her fault because it was. You need to vaccinate your children. If you do not you could be causing serious harm to them and to other children around them who are not old enough to have all of thier shots yet. Shots do NOT cause Autisim. I would not take you at my pediatricains office.

I do not believe any doctor's liability insurance would permit them to accept you. I would recommend getting vaccinated. It is a good idea - especially for a child who could die because of your protest of modern medicine. You could just go to a health food store and buy some roots and herbs. Maybe if you mix them together just right it will ward off all the evil spirits.

My baby's pediatrician is in Denton, but I don't know her stance on vaccinations, since I would never DREAM of not vaccinating my child!

There are lots of great no-vax and delay vax groups Yahoo. Hopefully you can find some local people.

Don't forget the catholic groups as strictly speaking catholics can't use most vax due to the stem cells

The Government/god says you must have these vaccinations. so you will have a tough time finding one who is "licensed by the government/god" to treat your family.

You might try an Osteopath.(OD)
With all the murcury used in the vaccines I also question the safety
